Case Discussion

It seems some people can make anything out of nothing, with the former German physician (never a radiologist) Ryke Geerd Hamer creating an entire mythology about them. He shows ring artifacts in his book “Testament einer neuen Medicin”, calling them “Hamer-foci”. The logic is a little difficult to follow - apparently the appearance of these “Hamer-foci” in the brain leads to the instantaneous development of cancer somewhere else in the body. The mind boggles at the methods constantly dreamed up to empty the wallet of the poor, unsuspecting patient.
