Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses are diverticula of the gallbladder wall; in this case, they are associated with wall thickening of the gallbladder, suggesting diagnosis of adenomyomatosis.

Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses represent a relevant sign that can be found on MRI for diagnosis of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder.
