There is a single live intrauterine fetus. Maturity corresponds to the period of amenorrhea. The fetal anatomical survey is normal.
Images show rotator cuff - supraspinatus tendon - muscle, infraspinatus tendon - muscle and biceps tendon. Subscapularis could not be seen.

Ultrasound shows rotator cuff tendon except for subscapularis tendon in a fetus with the maturity of 23 wks.
