Presentation
History of shoulder dislocation 1 year ago with persistent shoulder pain.
Patient Data
The rotator cuff interval capsule between the supraspinatus and subscapularis show edematous changes with related fluid collection and interruption of the coraco-humeral ligament at its mid portion
Disruption of antero-inferior glenoid labium showing linear abnormal high signal near its base with blunted related underlying bony glenoid. The posterolateral aspect of the humeral head shows focal trabecular depression with underlying cystic bright fluid signal.
Case Discussion
Rotator cuff interval tear with coraco-humeral ligament disruption.
Torn anterior glenoid labium with posterolateral aspect humeral head osseous contusion representing sequela of anterior shoulder dislocation (Bankart and Hill Sach's lesions).
