Bilateral shoulder pain

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Superior subluxation of both humeral heads in the glenoid fossa with complete loss of the acromiohumeral interval. Note pseudoarthroses between the humeral head and acromion. 

Case Discussion

Typical findings of bilateral rotator cuff arthropathy - unsurprisngly, ultrasound demonstrated full thickness supraspinatus tears bilaterally.
