In the right segment 10 an about 35 x 25 mm subpleural solid mass is visible with comet-tail-like bands emanating from it.
Other findings: numerous micronodules and small GGOs diffusely, enlarged heart (left atrium and ventricle in particular) with valvular calcifications, pacemaker in situ, liver cyst and calcification, gallstone.
