Large infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm measuring 100 x 85mm in axial diameter with a large retroperitoneal hematoma predominantly in the left anterior and posterior pararenal and perinephric spaces.
Case Discussion
Acute rupture of a large infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm resulting in a large left retroperitoneal hematoma.
Past CT imaging one year prior to this presentation showed the AAA measuring the same dimensions.
