There is a large joint effusion, a Baker's cyst and extensive soft tissue fluid suggesting that the Baker's cyst may have ruptured, or there may be a tear of the medial gastrocnemius complex at a lower level.
There is also a horizontal tear of the body of the medial meniscus and an associated osteochondral defect involving the lateral aspect of the medial femoral condyle.
A case of a ruptured Baker's cyst with multiple additional pathologies also present.
