Ruptured ectopic pregnancy
Patient presented with rapidly increasing abdominal girth. Urine pregnancy test was weakly positive.

Abdominal ultrasound shows massive amount of free fluid with fine internal echoes consistent with hemoperitoneum. Adnexal mass could not be identified.
The weakly positive Beta-hCG in a sexually active female pointed towards possibility of a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
At laparotomy the diagnosis was confirmed.
