Left eye globe is abnormal in shape, swollen with loss of the scleral margins, hazy outline, lens and both chambers. Presence of intraocular air. Preseptal soft tissues thickening
Left eye globe rupture with no evidence of an intraocular foreign body.

The case is coming to the ER presented by direct trauma to face with the ophthalmologist diagnosed it as rupture left eye globe he wants to check for intra-ocular foreign body.
