MRI demonestrating T1-WI, T2-WI and FLAIR sequences high signal intensity lesion at quadrigeminal cistern with mass effect on adjacent structures, extending to subarachnoid space of right parieto-occipital region and third ventricle and basal cisterns.

Case Discussion

Typical imaging findings of ruptured dermoid cyst of basal cisterns with fatty droplets in the subarachnoid space and basal cisterns.
