Pain in abdomen.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Liver ultrasound

Large abscess in the right hepatic lobe. Two extrahepatic collections with echoes are noted. A breach was noted in the liver capsule. Communication was present between collections. No free fluid was noted in the pelvis.
