High T1/STIR/PD FATSAT signal fluid is seen in between the medial head of gastrocnemius and soleus muscles with abnormal bright STIR/PD FATSAT signal seen within the medial head of gastrocnemius and discontinuity of the fibers suggesting muscle tear.

The white arrow refers to a tendon like structure mostly the plantaris tendon. Note the abnormal signal within the medial head of gastrocnemius
