History of scrotal pain since 1 week. No history of trauma/ fever.

Age: 26 years
Gender: Male

Testicular abscess with rupture of testicular parenchyma and extension of the collection into the extratesticular space.

Case Discussion

Testicular abscess is a rare complication of epididymo-orchitis and the rupture of the same is found to be extremely rare.
