Abdominal pain and distension from 1 day. Urine beta hCG test positive.

A right adnexal mass with an empty gestational sac seen - Tubal ring sign.
Peripheral vascularity present - Ring of fire.
The right ovary with a corpus luteal cyst can be visualized separately.
Large amount of fluid with thick internal echoes noted in the peritoneal cavity reaching upto Morrison’s pouch - Hemoperitoneum.
Emergency laparotomy revealed a ruptured tubal ectopic in the right Fallopian tube. About 1100 mL of hemoperitoneum was drained. Right salpingectomy done.
