Ruputured tubal ectopic (MRI)

Presentation

Severe lower abdominal pain. Bleeding per vagina. Positive beta hcg.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is an ill defined sac like mass lesion noted in the left adenexa. Intra-lesion debris also seen, may represent a possible fetal pole / hemorrhage. Interrupted wall enhancement seen. Left ovary is not distinctly visualized.

 Moderate volume oraganised dende collection seen in the pelvis, suggestive of hemoperitoneum with blood clots.

Right ovary appears polycystic and shows no focal lesion.

Uterus is normal in size and signal intensity.  No focal mass lesion.

Myometrium shows normal signal changes.

Endometrium show minimal fluid collection.
