Saccular aneurysm of the ICA

A saccular aneurysm arising from the terminal segment of the left internal carotid artery. It measures about 17 x 15 x 13 mm with a narrow neck (about 5 mm) with a mass effect on the left optic nerve (prechiasmatic segment) and optic chiasma which are displaced to the right. No intraluminal thrombosis. No active bleeding.
