The MRI sequences show a partially thrombosed saccular aneurysm of the right internal carotid artery at the junction C6/7 segments measuring 11 x 7 mm with a neck measuring 2.5 mm, compressing the adjacent segment of the oculomotor nerve (III) well-visualised on T1 and FIESTA sequences.
