Gender: Male

Large saccular aneurysmal dilatation of the aortic arch associated with mural thrombosis and surrounding hematoma, the sac have a wide neck and originating just distal to the origin of the left subclavian artery and slightly compressing it. No free fluid in the mediastinal cavity or contrast material in the surrounding hematoma.
