Saccular cerebral aneursym (A-Comm)

Worst headache in life.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Bilobed saccular aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery opposite the origin of the left anterior cerebral artery, it measures about 1 x 0.3 cm, it has a narrow neck measuring about 3mm, with its fundus projecting anteriorly and inferiorly. No thrombosis or contrast extravasation. 

 Attenuated/spastic proximal segments of the right A1 and both A2 segments.

Dominant left vertebral artery.

Hypoplastic right P1 segment with continuation of the right PCOM artery (feral origin, which is a normal variant).
