There is a large well-defined hyperdense structure at the region of right posterior communicating artery origin. CT angiography images demonstrate a well-defined enhancing saccular outpouching in the bifurcation of the basilar tip and right posterior cerebral artery.
Case Discussion
The CT features are consistent with saccular cerebral aneurysm affecting the right posterior cerebral artery.
