Evidence of a saccular aneurysm is seen arising from the cavernous part of the right internal carotid artery. It measures about 14 x 15 x 12 mm with a narrow neck of about 4 mm. No intraluminal thrombosis. No active bleeding.
Case Discussion
Non-complicated suprasellar aneurysm of the right ICA. It is arising before the bifurcation of the ICA. It does not reach the size of a giant aneurysm.
