Type III sacral agenesis (articulation of iliac bones with lowest lumbar vertebrae).
Right sided hip joint hypoplasia with superior dislocation of the femur and pseudoarticulation.
Additionally two laminated stones within urinary bladder and intrauterine contraceptive device in situ.
Case Discussion
Sacral agenesis is a very rare and severe sacral developmental abnormality. The incidence is between 0.005% and 0.1% with increased incidence in fetuses of diabetic mothers.
