Approximately 9.0 (SI) x 7.8 (AP) x 13.0 (TR) cm sized heterogeneously enhancing SOL in the sacro-coccygeal region with extension of the lesion in the pelvic cavity through left greater sciatic notch. Probable extension of lesion within the thecal sac in the adjacent regions. These probably represent sacro-coccygeal teratoma.
Multi-lobulated solid heterogeneously enhancing SOL within the bilateral femoral triangles. The lesion on right side measures approx 2.0 (AP) x 4.2 (TR) x 5.3 (SI) cm and left side measures approx 2.5 (AP) x 3.9 (TR) x 4.3 (SI) cm. these may represent nodal mass lesion.
