Also note the large bi-sided abdominal swelling with possibilities include:

  • Wilm's tumor
  • Nephroblastomatosis
  • Neuroblastomas
  • Other renal causes: cystic nephromas, fetal hamartomas, embryonal sarcomas etc.
  • Massive ascites
