Case Discussion
The primary imaging differential diagnosis offered was a Warthin tumor and the results of a pre-operative FNA were of a pleomorphic adenoma. The patient went on to have a parotidectomy, with a salivary duct carcinoma demonstrated on pathology. Post-operative radiotherapy was performed with no recurrence on the initial follow-up.
