Trauma to the little finger while playing netball.

Age: 13-year-old
Gender: Male
X-ray

Targeted little finger radiographs

Left 5th finger proximal phalanx minimally displaced fracture extending through the medial aspect of the proximal metaphysis and physis. 

Case Discussion

Features of a Salter-Harris type II fracture involving the proximal physis of the 5th proximal phalanx.
