Wedge-shaped fracture fragment at lower metaphysis of radius, with mild medial displacement & angulation.

Anterior subluxation of radial diaphysis over its epiphyseal plate.

Mild soft tissue swelling around wrist.

Case Discussion

Slippage of diaphysis over epiphysis, plus fracture across distal metaphysis makes it a type-II.
