Axial bone window

Erosions of the sternoclavicular joints are detected with ankylosis, hyperostosis and osteosclerosis of proximal clavicles, entire sternum and handlebar-body joint sternal. Bone alterations are also extensive elsewhere, affecting the entire dorsal spine with formation of bony bridges and involvement of discs and costovertebral joints. The adipose tissue surrounding the sternum and paravertebral adipose is thickened and inhomogeneously densified more likely in relation to bone changes.
