Bilateral hilar and right paratracheal lymphadenopathy.

Heart size normal. Lungs clear.

Case Discussion

Garland triad of lymphadenopathy typical identified in sarcoidosis, but may occur in lymphoma or with metastatic lymphadenopathy.

Note the absence of the hilar angle due to infilling by lymph node.
