Sarcoidosis
Frontal
Multiple calcified lymph nodes in the mediastinum and bilateral hilar region. Fibrosis in the bilateral para hilar region and upper zones. Bilateral apical pleural thickening.

This is follow up case of sarcoidosis on treatment.
