Presentation

Vague discomfort and recurrent episodes of cough. No other symptoms reported.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Chest X-ray shows enlarged hilar structures, suggestive of bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy.

Therefore a chest CT was requested.

Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, node thickness up to 14 mm. Numerous mediastinal lymph nodes, subcarinal nodes are enlarged.

The lungs are unremarkable.
