Bilaterally hilar lymphadenopathy without frank parenchymal involvement.

Case Discussion

The findings of PA chest x-ray in an asymptomatic patient (i.e. incidental finding) include bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy without frank parenchymal involvement compatible with stage I sarcoidosis.
