Sarcoidosis - stage II

Dyspnea and dry cough

Patient Data

Age: 40 years old
Gender: Male

Multiple prevascular, preaortic, right and left paratracheal, subaortic, subcarinal, paraesophgeal and bilateral hilar lymph nodes are noted.

Multiple bilateral small parenchymal nodules show peribronchovascular and subpleural distribution more at the upper lobes and associated with ill-defined reticular pattern of the right middle lung lobe.

Diagnosis: sarcoidosis stage II.
