Extensive interstitial change throughout both lungs in a diffuse and equitable distribution.
No consolidation.
No mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
This patient had a long history of sarcoidosis with extensive clinic attendances and hospital admissions.
The extensive bilateral diffuse fibrosis signifies end stage (stage IV) sarcoidosis.
