Scalp lesion - presumed pilomatricoma

Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Three palpable nodules in scalp - Few months. Targeted USG for nodules with 12 - 7 MHz.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Well-defined lesions with central echogenesity with peripheral hypoechoic rim or central echogenic dot are noted. No vascularity is noted.  No irregularity of the outer table is noted deep to these lesions.

Case Discussion

No follow up.

Presumed pilomatricoma.
