Large, well-circumscribed, low density, subcutaneous mass noted at occipital region without evidence of underlying bony erosion, suggestive of lipoma (confirmed with ultrasound)
Case Discussion
Large lipomas may be detected as a low density mass on plain radiography. It should be confirmed with further imaging modalities such as ultrasound, CT and MRI.
