There is premature closure of the sagittal suture (anterior 2/3), producing an abnormal head shape which appears narrow, with cephalo-caudal elongation, and frontal bossing. Congenital defects are noted in the parietal bones.
Normal appearance of the other cranial sutures.
No cerebral abnormality was seen at infra or supra-tentorial levels.
