Undisplaced distal third oblique scaphoid fracture with mild volar angulation. No other fractures detected. Preserved carpal rows.

The more distal scaphoid fracture the more chance for union. A distal oblique scaphoid fracture is an unstable fracture according to Herbert classification and needs fixation with minimal invasive technique (Herbert screw) 1,2.
