There is an irregular fracture line that involves the proximal pole of the scaphoid bone.

The rest of the carpal, visualised metacarpal, ulna, and radius are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

CT findings are consistent with a scaphoid fracture.

The proximal pole is very prone to avascular necrosis due to poor blood supply, so it should be properly treated on time to avoid this complication.
