A mildly impacted irregular transverse fracture through the waist of the scaphoid is demonstrated.

Undisplaced fracture of the scaphoid waist with comminution at the dorsal margin. Partial osseous union at the volar margin. No evidence of malalignment especially no palmar flexion of the distal fragment.
