Chronic wrist pain after trauma 3 months ago.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Non-united scaphoid fracture with the proximal pole avascular necrosis.

edematous changes at the scaphoid proximal and distal poles.

Radioscaphoid ligament tear.

Case Discussion

Regarding the imaging findings, a fractured scaphoid complicated by non-union and avascular necrosis is demonstrated.
