Presentation

Prior wrist injury. Difficulties with activities of daily living.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Non union of a prior scaphoid fracture.  Inferior migration of the capitate.

Advanced degenerative changes in the radioscaphoid compartment.
