Fall on the hand three years ago, with no medical consultation or treatment. Increasing wrist pain.

Features consistent with a scaphoid pseudarthrosis.

Case Discussion

Scaphoid pseudarthrosis in skeletally immature patients is rare. It is a result of a lack of early diagnosis of a fracture. Therefore, clinical and radiographic examination after the trauma is necessary.
