There is no fracture/dislocation/bone lesion.

There is a well-defined, thin-walled, lobulated, anechoic, avascular lesion in the region of interest. The lesion is lateral to the flexure carpi radialis tendon. It overlies the distal pole of the scaphoid. The neck of the lesion shows an extension to the scaphoid-trapezium joint. It measures about 9 x 6 x 4 mm.
