Presentation

Months of wrist pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Radiocarpal effusion. Widening of the scapholunate interval with a torn scapholunate ligament. Joint space narrowing and subchondral cystic change of the capitate-lunate articulation. Narrowing of the radioscaphoid articulation laterally.
