Wrist swelling 15 days after fall on an outstretched hand.

Widened scapholunate space (Terry Thomas sign).

Case Discussion

Terry-Thomas sign is indicative of scapholunate dissociation (often with rotary subluxation of the scaphoid) due to ligamentous injury.
