Scapular and clavicular multiple myeloma

Multiple well-defined and expansile lucent lesions in the spine and acromion of the scapula. Less expansile lesions also noted in the clavicle, as well as the proximal humeral shaft.
There is no associated pathological fracture appreciated. Acromioclavicular and glenohumeral joint alignment is satisfactory.
Multiple small lucencies noted in the ribs

The patient had a long history of multiple myeloma and was currently off treatment.
