Car accident.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Comminuted fracture with displacement is present at the scapular body that extends to the inferior aspect of the glenoid fossa. 

There are also fracture with stepping at the left 2nd to 5th ribs.
