Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

There are fractures through the right ribs and no signs of a pneumothorax. 

Additionally, there is a comminuted fracture through the body of the right scapula.

Modality: CT

Comminuted fracture through body of the right scapula with no evidence of extension to the glenoid articulating surface.
Sclerotic bone lesion within the mid diaphysis of the right clavicle has features most in keeping with an incidental enostosis.
